Our main contract manufacturing service is based on client-owned formulations or formulations transferred from another manufacturer. We can also assist with technical transfer, pilot batches, scale-up and certain formulation adjustments where required.

Yes. Bio Services provides private-label and client-formula manufacturing, allowing products to be manufactured and packed under your own brand. The client remains responsible for the final artwork, while Bio Services can assist with packaging sourcing, filling, labelling, batch coding and secondary packaging.

We can accommodate a wide variety of packaging formats, including plastic and glass bottles, jars, tubs, pouches, drums, jerry cans, bags and bulk containers. We can also assist with closures, pumps, droppers, tamper-evident seals, labels, cartons, multipacks and other secondary packaging options.

For an existing, proven formulation, the typical lead time is approximately 21 working days once all required materials are available and the project is ready for production. New technical transfers or more complex projects may take longer, with some projects requiring up to approximately three months.

Yes. Bio Services can source both raw materials and packaging components for manufacturing projects. Clients may also supply their own approved materials or packaging, provided they meet the required quality and suitability requirements.

Yes. Bio Services works with start-ups, established brands and retailers. Lower minimum order quantities can help businesses enter the market without committing to very large initial production runs.

The main focus is foodstuffs, nutritional products and cosmetics, with manufacturing capabilities including liquids, powders and selected related formats. Bio Services does not manufacture pharmaceutical or scheduled-medicine products.
